Are you a moving broker?
No. A moving broker will send you a quote for a fee and try to find a mover to handle your move. With Choose Movers, you get a choice of actual binding quotes from movers whose rates and availability are guaranteed.
Do you provide “Binding Estimates”?
Yes we do, All the provided estimates are “Binding” – meaning the moving company is obligated to keep the same terms and rates as described on your quote
How competitive are the moving quotes?
We provide you a range of competitive quotes from top rated movers. Your quotes are backed by the CM Lowest Price Guarantee when compared to quotes from similarly rated moving companies.
Who is my contact person before, during and after the move?
You will be assigned a highly experienced moving coordinator to handle all your questions, updates and last-minute changes. Your coordinator is backed by a team of dedicated specialists who will also be available to you throughout the entire moving process.
Do I have to check the license and insurance for the moving companies?
No, we do that for you, all the moving companies that we work with must have an active moving license and insurance
How much does your service cost?
Choose Movers is compensated by our moving company partners to manage your relocation from the initial quote through your final delivery. There is no cost to you for our services. In fact, Choose Movers offers you a special discount when you confirm your move.
How will I know the movers’ customer reviews and satisfaction ratings?
Along with the moving quotes, we will also provide links to the movers’ reviews. We vet all our moving partners, as their reputation reflects on our service to you. Your complete satisfaction is our highest priority.
As far as payment, do I pay you or the moving company?
You will be required to pay us a deposit that will be taken off the total move cost, the rest will be paid directly to the moving company when the move is completed
Do I need to contact a few moving companies in order to get a few moving quotes?
No, that’s the best thing about our service, you will go through the process only once with our representative and he/she will provide the quotes based on your moving requirements.
What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel your move for any reason up to 3 days before your move for a full refund of your deposit. If you simply need to reschedule your move, we can take care of any last-minute changes as well.
